TCM / HAM offer with the MMP TECHNOLOGY®, a unique polishing process for tools with mirror-smooth surfaces. The selective machining of the micro-roughness enables the cutting edges and surfaces of solid carbide tools to be produced and finished with high precision and reproducibility. The thus treated cutting tools have significantly better surfaces than conventionally polished tools. Through targeted modification of the process parameters, a different cutting edge rounding can also be realized.
